Hi Wonder if you can help. Have you heard of ME 111 Ltd. Mortimer Clarke solicitors say they are representing them over an original Black Horse debt.
They say if I dont pay a certain amount a month they will put a charging order on my property. I have made a payment offer but they say it is not enough.
    Can they do this?

Not heard of them specifically but a quick google shows they are part of the Marlin/Cabot Group. They have purchased a Black Horse loan debt and clearly intend to pursue. Seen a few of these in recent days....
Do you recall the original debt? Has there been any payment within last 6years towards account. Dont make any offers till you've established it's an enforceable account. CCA request should be first step.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

It is the credit agreement you would have signed at beginning of loan debt. You are entitled to see a copy, if they can't produce it the debt is unenforceable.

Just because they purchased a debt does it make it legal?

Yes it is very legal, most banks and lenders sell (assign) defaulted accounts on to a specialist debt purchaser under the Law of Property Act.

You were told wrong. What reason does your informant have for such a statement?

Please stop shouting, ie typing in capitals

There is a lot a lot of highly inaccurate information about debt out there, but it is not to be relied on. We have existed since 2007, always defending the consumer....but honestly.
