Hi, post was started several days ago. Since then only received advise and comments on editing PCN . Errors due to being in experienced in these matters or forums.
As no advise that may help with driver circumstances, I have removed the link to the redacted PCN

Yes, driver looked to forum members for advise and opinion as to best course of action to take, and if anyone felt they could offer their valued experience so driver could make an informed decision of how best to deal and resolve the ticket received. Unfortunately there is an obvious time pressure not to lose option of reduced payment. In light of no forthcoming help, driver now feel compelled to pay up to put matter to an end

Why do you think they offer the reduced price option? To make you think you must pay in that short time.

To give advice needs something to work with, such as a PCN.* To make use of POFA the* the identity of the driver must not be known.

Are appeal dates and any cost reduction calculated from date of alleged offence or from Issue date?
