Credit Agreement

Hi, I have been sent a version of a credit agreement that i apparently agreed to many years ago. Id like to know if there is anywhere i can go to to get it verified as a genuine credit agreement for that time. Its not signed, but does have some of my details on it... Thanks in advance.

Does anything show on your credit file ?*
What is the debt ? How much? *When was it entered into /last paid ?
Why did they send the agreement copy to you - had you asked for a copy after they'd started chasing you for payment ?
