Arrow global logged a ccj against me at my mum and dads house even though they were told I didn’t live there*

Do you have evidence that you told them of your new address ? At what stage in the process were they told you didn't live there ? If after the claim*had been issued and you knew about it it would have been a case of informing court of new address and defending claim. But if they were informed before they issued claim you can probably apply to court to have it set aside on that basis.*
