CCA

Hi,

I have requested a company for the CCA, they have provided a photocopy of the CCA which is not very clear, I can barely understand the writing. Moreover, the title at the top, part of it is covered by some barcode. I would like some advice on what I can do in this situation. Would I be able to request for a true copy of the CCA?

You can write to them to advise this does not satisfied your request as it is not legible and that they should provide a suitably legible copy.
