Good morning folks
I have just joined the forum this morning after reading a few of the threads last night re credit cards. This was due to having an issue with Sharklaycard which has been running for about two months and an account review had been placed via their Executive Office. Out of the blue I received a call from Mercers, who initially accused me of lying when I advised the caller of the facts, then he said I was right, however as they had been requested by the ompany to collect a balancethey would be in touch again.
Anyway enough of that, I previously worked in an Executive Office of a mobile phone company for ten years, so I will be able to offer assistance re working practice, etc on this subject.
