I am about to appear in court, on 27 February, 2020, for the court to make a final charging order on our home. I am concerned that shortly afterwards there will be an attempt by the Claimant to Force sale, or, to make me bankrupt. I own the property, valued a roughly 260 with my wife who is a bankrupt. I wanted to know, if I complete* a TR1 form and transfer my beneficial interest to my 22 years old daughter, will this enable me to stop our home from being sold and render the prospect of making me bankrupt to be of no discernable value, to the creditor?

No, it would be seen as deprivation of assets.*
Do you want to start from the beginning ?
Who is applying for the charging order, how much is the debt and why do you think they're going to try for a sale order ?#staysafestayhome
