Ok so long story short my recent partner of 4 years who always kept her social media life private from me blocking me at every opportunity she got finally got found out for what she is. I bought her a new phone for xmas 2020 4 days later she decided to block me on the phone I'd just bought her. After a row I ended things and asked for the phone back and that she reset it to the factory settings. She refused at first but then gave in after making an insurance claim against the phone and gave it me back with a password on it. Eventually she gave me the password and said she didnt give a crap about the phone. Before selling the phone on I had a look and to my surpise she must have synced her whatapp to the phone and every single photo she had sent was saved to it still. Photos of her in my neighbours bedroom 1 morning after a heavy night taking pictures of my house thinking she was clever endless pictures of mens dicks. She is now kicking off saying me looking at this stuff is illegal. I say it's fair game as she willingly gave it me back saying she didnt care and isnt private anymore. Any help?*

Walk away. Don't contact her. Delete everything to do with her and get on with your life.*

Shes made a fraudulent insurance claim so I suggest you mention that if she keeps threatening you but otherwise just walk away.
