Hello!!

I just wanted to say hello before I go off for a good look around the site. I was a member of penaltycharges.co.uk before it went missing!! The team there helped me out a great deal and I was successful in my claim against Lloyds TSB who settled the full amount claimed as long as I stopped court proceedings. I was not so lucky with barclays though, they dragged and dragged their feet and like many others my 2 claims are now 'on hold'. I am interested in looking at the hardship route, see if I can speed things up.
I have spotted a few familiar names already and look forward to getting to know others!!

PC should be up and running, they had a problem before Christmas but sorted it out quite quickly.

Last time i tried to get into PC, it was not there and i got the email to say it was all over.............but it's back!! It just shows i've let this lie too long!!!!
