I recently Voluntary Terminated my agreement on my hp and the finance company has refused this after agreeing citing the fact that my agreement was terminated in 2017. The letter they have cited or quoted states that in 2017 they were going to obtain a court order to repossess my car however i was never aware of this and neither do i recall recieving such a letter. What this means is that since 2017 i have been paying for a car without a contract as they had supposedly terminated my agreement now £10000 after they believe that letter is still valid. Please help.
