Epson cashback

I`m wondering if anyone has had difficulty claiming the cashback Epson are offering on some of their printers right now? I bought one on line from Argos , up loaded the Argos receipt and the serial number of the printer as requested to claim the cashback but the receipt was rejected as not valid. I spoke with someone from Argos and they sent me a VAT receipt which I uploaded to my claim and this was also rejected as not valid. No explanation has been forth coming from Epson as to why these receipts have been rejected .*

Not sure which offer you are dealing with but check the terms applicable to your product on the Epson site. I don't know why they would have rejected it ( Argos seem to have been helpful in sending you a VAT receipt ) - check you are in the right time, registered the product when you purchased it etc.* If you have a link to the item on the Argos site it might help a little look into it.* TBH You might be better off having a look on the MoneySavingExpert forums for this kind of issue as they tend to get more consumer issues over there.
