county court letter

AMETHYST not sure how to reply on this forum. Loan is apparently through Lending stream somewhere I've never used. Letter says I must file the directions questionnaire with CCBC. Had no other paperwork before this letter.

Not sure how you have gotten to filing directions questionnaires stage if you haven't received anything before now regarding court.

Might be worth giving the court a call ( northampton county court busines centre or moneyclaim online - both have call centres who should be able to see where the claim was issued to and whether a defence was filed ) and say you haven't had any previous notice from the court, could they email you the case notes / particulars of claim and defence particularly so you know what's going on.

Could be some mix up in identity/adress.

Anything on your credit file from Lending Stream ( they have multiple trading names ) - basically have you ever had a short term / pay day loan ?

Never had a short term loan or pay day loan. Lending stream was showing on my credit score so i disputed it. My dispute was upheld & should be removed from my next score update.

I'm still disputing a loan that apparently I had through lending stream/gain plc that I have no knowledge of. I even recieved letters from court that I had 7 days to respond. I have been in touch with the court to say I'm disputing this & have heard nothing back as yet. I've been in touch with lending stream & explained my case. They replied asking me to send an affidavit as sounds like fraud case. I was very hesitant about doing this especially sending signature as when I asked them for any paperwork of loan they cudnt produce a signature. I'm just bit worried now because they've asked for last 4 numbers of my bank account & sort code. Is this usual? Are they legit? I'd hate to be victim of another fraud.
