  • County court letter

I have received a letter apparently from county court on behalf of Perch Capital headed general form of judgment or order. I had a letter from assets collections about 8/9 months ago about a loan I know nothing about. I asked them if they could send me any paper work for in regard to the loan. They sent me what they said was a copy of the agreement between myself & the loan company (lending stream) My signature was not on it & I still have no recollection of ever having a loan with these people & no money was deposited into my bank on the date they said I took out loan. I sent them a reply asking for more details & heard nothing back till now. Could anyone advise me what I should do. Letter I have just received as no signature on either.

What does the letter actually say ? Is it a default judgment from Northampton CCBC ? You didn't receive any court papers at all - just this Judgment order?

Was the original alleged loan with Lending Stream ?
