  • Filling out an n181

HI, im claiming money for my family law solicitor for being negligent, over charging, not following my instructions. I now need to fill out an N181 form and could do with some help please. Do I attached my evidence to the*n181 form or send it separately to the defendant? Details of claim "I’m claiming for a full refund and all outstanding invoices to be cancelled for the legal services that were not delivered as I requested. Issues include incorrect legal advice, failure to comply with court dates, failure to investigate vital evidence which was withheld resulting in a loss of my chances of success. Failure to conduct a proper investigation during a divorce case effecting my chances to a fair settlement. They did not submit evidence when I asked for it. Prolonged completing and filling my form E when it only took minutes for me to complete directly with the lawyer. They did not have relevant expertise or time to manage my case. I was led on until the end of the relationship when I was told by "PARTNER NAME" that "COMPANY NAME" was the wrong company for me."
