Hi

i obtained a non molestation order against my ex but now i feel it isnt needed as i have moved from the area he lives in. How do you go about getting the kind of order revoked?

You should inform court of your move. You could ask the court to change it to your new address however if the issue with your ex remains then you probably don't want them to have your new address ( use form c8 as well) .
