Help please, my personal circumstances
Recently and recovering from a mental breakdown. Can't sustain work. Right now trying to help my brother in law see out his last days with cancer.
yesterday I had a call from his sister(My ex wife)
A bailif from Equita turn up with a High Court Writ from 2014 I knew nothing about. The writ is by one of Equita Agents.. I did have a conflict of moneys in 2014 and the small claim was cancelled as he owed me an outstanding monies.
Action of Bailiff (illegal)? Seized my sons and Wx wife car on a public highway and took control of goods prior to contacting me or rather illegally entering my sons mums home. Deceived her by stating on his video as he claimed he was recording he is from the high court. Clearly as my son witnessed him state that. Fact he is an enforcement agent for Equita. He then lies on video that he had not seized the vehicle and that he had sent his trainee in licences to exicute the write upon seizing the goods and taking control of the goods. In short my son and his mum produced V5 & Written receipt along with evidence they are the parties insuring the vehicle. I called the police to meet me at the premises as I don't reside there and haven't for 6 years. The police did not attend for my purpose I stated I would be protecting the premises for trespassing and do what I have to do to secure the home for my family. I genuinely don't live there I have a trail of addresses from 6 years ago logged against me by many bodies, council, DwP. GP you get my point. Understanding they had seized goods to the value of the writ they continued to take control of goods within the house seeking to bullying my sons mum to pay this. It spoke to them on the phone and advised you have a incorrect address and I was coming there. I asked my son in the first instance to video them and don't stop until I get there. They then continued to threaten removing the vehicle and goods unless it was paid in full. In the first instance I explained I am a vulnerable person through illness, mental health and unemployment. But I will get there are discuss. The most disputable act was my sons mum was trying to get to hospital and in turmoil that her brother would pass away whilst trying to get her car released and deal with this bully I apologise I once worked in the industry and the bailiff acknowledged this and stated on the phone we know you know how to stop this. Hence their high intensity in my absence with my son and his mum. The police Essex met me at the address and said they where there as impartial capacity whilst the bailiff and I was there I invited the police and bailiff to attend to my abode and witness my goods and personal data.?thisxwas refused I then asked the police to remove the bailiff as they gained access illegally you can not present your self from the high court from Equita and a bailiffs company yes with a high court writ but not Present as imposter as a high court officer . I then produced to Essex police officer the proof of the other parties vehicles they then through their impartial presence confirm to the bailiff who the insured was. The Essex officers refused to allow the owners of the vehicles their vehicles back or rather released stating they know the law better than us on video They're clearly right because at that point I stated it is abuse of the certification and illegal practice of the writ. As the address was on the writ but as I stated the vehicles where on a public highway not mistaken on the premises as a possible asset of who the writ was issued against (me) My ex wife has stated on video she will pay it to get her vehicle back I stated on video it is my debt I do not want you to pay she stated to the bailiff she is paying under duress to get her vehicle to get to the hospital I need help please on the following

though technically it has been paid
wrongly charges though I first want to return my Ex wife payment I have video evidence I stated I am not authorising nor asking her to pay it
stating at the same sentence I am a vulnerable person and the action should cease to allow me the time to deal with the other Bailiff states not on your life you are to clued up. The honesty of the situation I can't dealt with it prior I would and could have and if any person debtor who knows me, whilst I worked in this unregulated deceitful industry having 90- 120 payments cases lasting months at anyone time will acknowledge I was always fair.
I should have had my chance in court. But Equita legal team who has submitted it into Yeovil and used and address I haven't resided for 6 years have in my eyes taken a certified bailiff falsely known I have never lived there as I stated prior we where business partners and taken a sworn statement and submitted into a high court appplication
i should have or rather the address on the writ should have jade a Notice of Enforcement have never received my son has just finished his law degree and his mum would have been agast at receiving such a thing.
They should not have presented themselves from the high court though I can confirm it is Equita who trains them
Help please I'm not in the best place my sons mum is not in the best place and advice would be greatly appreciated
