Hello I'm looking for some advice please, last month I was taken to court by Moriarty Law about an old cash genie account I had received redress for (the alleged debt was bought by lantern DRS) anyway the judge dismissed their case and awarded me loss of earnings and travel costs. Well today I've received an email from Lantern and they are now trying to chase me for the same debt! I've just got off the phone with them and they say I need to send proof blah blah. Surely they have now crossed the line to harassment, what do you suggest I do, any help would be appreciated

Do you have a copy of the judgment order following the dismissal ?
Did they pay you your costs ?
Write with a copy of the judgment order, tell them to cease harassing you and withdraw permission for them to email or telephone you, only to communicate in writing in future.
