Hiya.
please help, no judging or lectures.
I was very stupid and took out credit card in my dads name.
It gone to debt collection and i am paying it.
can I call debt collection and admit my fraud or will I be in trouble ie police?

Have you talked to your Dad about it at all ? You may find this is being reported on his credit file and as it sounds like it defaulted this could be causing issues for him. Is that the reason you want to come clean so that the debt can come off his file and be put on yours? How much is left owing ?
