I can't contact Parking Eye without my 13 digit reference

Hi I lost my parking notice that came from Parking Eye and everything I try and ring them or contact them by phone, I can't get anywhere as they require the 13 digit reference and they do not just accept your car registration. It was for the parking space by Laura Ashley in Darlington does anyone know how to get around this? I have writtent to Parking Eye but only just yesterday so they won't have received it yet but does anyone know what the shop name is in Darlington that owns the land as I am not from that area? Thank you*

Have you managed to get through to speak to a human at parking eye or stuck at the automated system ? ( have you tried # # # etc ?) Are you trying to contact them to pay the charge or are you appealing it ? and on what grounds ?

Were you parked out the front of the shop or in the car park at the side?

Yes I am stuck in the automated system with Parking Eye and have not been able to speak to a person. I am actually not trying to appeal as I was 20 mins late but I was in the family court near by and was unable to access my phone for top up's as they don't allow the phone in the court and the hearing was late but I am unable to pay as I don't have my 13 digit reference and the system does not accept only your car registration which seems silly that they do not allow you to only search using your car registration as it is also unique to you. I will however contact the landowner and thank you for providing their information as I wasn't sure who they were and yes it was the car park by Laura Ashley Darlington not on the street itself. Thanks for your help in finding that information out.*
