I know this might be a really stupid question, but I am of the opinion that everything can be resolved electronically. I don't want to meet them, but they won't go on about it. So, why? Why do we have to physically meet? I am hoping it's not so they can shoot me in the forehead so we will scrap that idea!

Just had a look through your other posts to try find a clue what this might be about but failed. I can see you haven't had many answers, which may be because you have been very vague. So to be able to give any help at all we do need to know what kind of case this is.
You have a 4 hour hearing in January ? The other side wanted to apply to extend to a full day hearing ?
Is it Family court ? Civil court - debt ? Employment ? Probate ? are you claimant or defendant ? what track is the case in ?
