Bank smart sending invoices for breach of contract

Bank smart is a company I used to claim PPI which they did claim for me I did pay them the 10% requested and that was the end. This was back in 2010 no they say I’m in breach of contract and want £480 had another email and it’s gone up to £520 can any one help

Are they saying that the original payment you made was an interim payment or do they think they have had additional claims running for the last 9 years that you haven't sent some form or other back to them ?
