  • Purple Bricks

Hi we signed up to Purple bricks and my son paid 1598 up front. However we never got round to instructing the agent to go ahead with the sale and due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to put our plans on hold. Can we get our money back? The guy did visit the property and wrote a brief sumery but nothing was advertised before the change of circumstances.Any advice would be appreciated. Thank yo

Did you instruct them to market your property?

I suppose I did as I approved their marketing details of the property, at the time I didn't know that they should have had proof of identity .Also I was not told that if I didn't pay the fee there Ande then the fee would be passed to an agency.
