Hello from a newbie seeking some advice regarding a parking charge in a railway car park.
What should I send to have it cancelled at 6 months?

- The vehicle was parked in railway car park
- I paid for parking via an app and returned to find a ticket issued.
- I made an appeal and enclosed receipt of parking, which was denied.
- I contacted the company and was informed there are two different operators in the car park (no clear signage depicting this)
- I am neither the owner or the driver of the vehicle
- I have ignored letters from ZZPS and QDR
What should I send to have it cancelled at 6 months?
