Hello

i purchased a £13,000 bathroom that at the time was fitted and looked perfect. The company I dealt with emphasise that their aftercare is second to none. A few years down the line i need a new toilet seat and they are saying the toilet is no longer produced and so they can't help me. When I mentioned about replacing the toilet they say its not feasible because the tiles are no longer produced. I am having to rip a perfectly good bathroom out because of a toilet seat.
Can i take action against the bathroom company?

Check ebay for the toilet seats - or contact the manufacturer of the loo directly. Its quite a big problem ( seen a few postings about B&Q cooke & lewis loos being discontinued and the replacement seats being unavailable )
