Hi all, new to this but need some advice please. Have received a letter from Drydensfaifax about an old debt from 2006 saying they have sent a County Court Claim and then the next day I received the County Court Claim, my question is does this still stand and can they uphold the claim on such an old debt? I have not made any contact with them and I have a clean credit report. Please help.

When you say from 2006 is that when you last paid /acknowledged or the debt defaulted or is that when it was opened ?

Was the letter received before the claim form a letter of claim ? If so did it include the reply form ?

What kind of debt is this (and approx how much is it ?)
