Lowell Financial and 'external partners'?

Lowell Financial have been attempting to contact me.Could you tell me if they are a totally UK company or a subsidiary of a larger US company please?
If so do the methods they use resemble US methods for debt collection and if so are these in line with UK law.
Also they refer to external partners.I have been told that one of these is BWLegal whose office is in the same building as Lowell Financial in Leeds and it would seem not external but the same company.Is this do and do they have any other :external partners' please?

Lowell are a debt purchasing company. I don't think they have a parent company in the US but I don't think it would make a difference tbh. Lowell also have Lowell Solicitors and use Lucas Credit Services and BW Legal.

I also don't know what US methods of debt collection are to compare.

Who, what , where have they referred to 'external partners' ?

Do you know what the debt is that they are chasing ?
