  • Eurocamp no Eurocrap

The mobile homes we were offered by Eurocamp were old, filthy and damp.I have read other people’s complaints. They have just offered us £50 compensation. We had to stay in a hotel for our first night as I would not have put a dog in the first mobile home we were offered.Eurocamp would not even pay our hotel bill of 154 euros. How can this company keep trading with all the complaints about them.Is there not a standards authority for these companies? How can I take my complaint further.

How did you pay for the holiday?

Is the £50 offer the first response to your complaint, or have you already gone back and refused the offer and escalated the complaint?

Good old eurocamp, been there, done that. Did you get offered an alternative van? Have you got the photos?

We had a van which was full of black mould which put my wife into bed for several days while on holiday. I got the £50 offer which later bumped up a little

Claimed for a replacement stay, off season, which would have cost them next to nothing and our discounted ferry fare. No response other than £100. MCOL for the cost of a replacement holiday, over £900. Claim was ignored so default judgement.

Their complaint resolution is basically make a silly offer then ignore thereafter

      Now been banned from Eurocamp.

They were taken over by a French company who can't be bothered and don't even respond to letters
