    Hi all i was issued with a ccj by Mortimer and Clark's for an account I'm not aware of and they are refusing to sent me any supporting information or documents to prove it's my account or if it's not statute barred can anyone help

    They have a judgement, so they don't have to and you'll need to apply to set aside that judgement whether with or without their consent ASAP.
