    Bank Charges

    Hi what is the best advice to get my bank charges PPI charges to get back after the financial ombudsman service I Smart Consumer Solutions/ Services were meant to get me 2000 pounds back but because it went to the supreme courts and got overruled I also took I Smart to court but could not turn up and lost my case any help would be greatful. Had loads of recent charges from Santander and Nationwide.

      lots of penalty charges and bank charges from Santander and Nationwide.
