I’ve got my life back on track been employment for 5 years and had a very basic account with Santander but last week I received a letter from Robinson way saying I owe £7500 pounds ( I payed back £2500 before losing my job and rented property) any advice would greatly appreciated thanks!

They haven’t mentioned a ccj just keep asking me too contact them via letter or email. I payed the 2500 pounds before I defaulted about 9 years ago and haven’t paid a penny since I think the loan is status barred but is there anyway to be 100% sure ps thanks
