Single person council tax

Hi can anyone help me or advise me plz ive recieved a letter from capacity grid about single person council tax review I’m making myself ill over this I’m sick every day and night but I’m disabled and need help with everything from washing to getting into bed an so on but I have a really wonderful friend who looks after me and who I have let stay 2 nights a week and as a favour to him let him use my address for different things I don’t know if I’ve done the right thing now I’m so worries I will get in trouble for letting him use my address but he’s been so good to me and always there if needed but didn’t realise that now that I’m supposed to tell them he stays here I thought someone could stay at your gone for 3 nights a week I can’t even hardly walk I’m driving myself mad but he stays all over the place but I can’t prove we’re he stays that’s the problem what should I do please can someone help me I feel like ending things right now as I don’t want him getting into trouble either and I have a teenager boy at home in school so I just don’t know W what to do or what to tell them please someone help me thank you I feel awful now I’ve done this as I don’t want to get in serious trouble please help thank you .
