    Hi to everyone who got in this ambush from this bastards. I have been enrolled to this course in 2016.After about 1 year of payments I realized that I cannot continue any more, my son was born, i was only one with the income in the house, I couldn’t continue any more because of the time, and also because of the money, and i have canceled the direct debit, an than has followed the letters with accuses to the court, and i have decided to get this done and finished 1 st and than 2nd an than 3rd book an than another one Regulations, and the most interesting at the last TMA I cannot log in into my classroom account, and don’t understand what is going on.i cannot find anyone from train4jobs the line is always busy, no words even from carnegie , it’s like a gost. I am really sorry for my English, three years ago it was much more worse, but still the tradesmen forced me to sign the contract knowing my level of English an also my income without any income check.I stil have to pay onother 1200£ and don’t know how to proceed.Please help us to get the money back or at least to punish them who ruined a lots of families with this finance agreement.Thank you

    Questions:
    Have you received any document(s) from the court?
    Is the company asking for the money in the UK?
    If so, is it in England, Wales Scotland or Northern Ireland
    Is this about non payment of fees for a course?
    Is this about non payment of a loan, so as to pay those fees?
    Do you have a copy of the Agreement?

    If you have a copy of the Agreement, can you post it on here, with your personal details removed
    If you have any document(s) from the court can you post it on here, with your personal details removed
