had email from these threatening court action tgen got claim pack sent I filled in admission and offer of payment of £5...then emails came said I hadn't returned it then they would accept £64 per month as they had seen on admission that I had left £128 per month
I got this down to £30 with payments starting this month that was y day today recieve can in post saying I have yo pay full amount £469
How do I stand now I'm at my wits end and can't afford it

Did you send the admission and offer to pay to the court or just to the claimant ?

The judgment you have received today - does that say forthwith ?
