  • Cca letter from pra. Unenforceable?

I requested my cca from PRA Group. I finally got a response but it’s just a series of statements as the attached photo shows. I’m guessing this doesn’t count ?

I've redacted one of the pages you uploaded for your security.

No they do not satisfy a CCA request at all, and are just statement copies.

Many thanks and my apologies. One further question what would constitute a credible CCA reply would it be the original signed document from myself?

Yes, or a true reconstruction of the document you would have signed. Do you know when the alleged account was opened ?

I’m guessing I’m totally out of luck with these? My only question is the MBNA card started as virgin do they need that?

Is it worth asking for notices of assignments. I’ve seen that mentioned before?
