I had a long running dispute with a bank over debt of 6000 , it was passed on to several debt companies finally one took it to court in 2015 judge renarks
IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. To be struck out
My question is my debt has been passed on and i am been bombarded with calls and emails does this at any point border harrasment as they will not accept judges decision .. Thanks for any help

Who is the company chasing you? and is it the same company who had the claim against you dismissed ?

Have you a copy of the judgment ? You need to reply telling them to bog off ( basically ) enclosing a copy, and if you've already done that then make a formal complaint with a view to taking it to the financial ombudsman.

Company who took it to court MKDP bought debt off Barclays before settling my dispute over 4 years . I am trying post copy of letter from court mkdp took it to court without informing me so i failed to turn up . Now robinson way are bombarding my parents by phone letters to a couple of my rented houses now emails, i gave told them about judges decision and they are not interested. I have noted all calls an letters . I feel like they are going against the system this company seems to be pretty good at bully boy tactics i think its time to take action i am within my right after court decision. Thanks for reply

Are Robinson way acting for Hoist ? ( do the letters say who owns the debt ?)

Just read a letter yes it is Hoist portfolio holding ..Your appointed servicer is Robinson way limited does that make difference

Please can someone explain how a firm (hoist)can apply to take me to a county court for same debt that was struck out in 2015...* *Should i wait for court date or inform someone beforehand
