Hi,
hope everyone is well.
I really don’t know what to do so looking for any advice on how to resolve this.

going back a few years myself and my wife filled in some Bank-Smart forms with regard to ppi. In the meantime I checked myself with my bank and they informed me I do not have any. Bank-Smart kept sending me letters after letters asking for information. They then sent a bill to my wife for quite a lot. I said I’m not paying it and it was agreed that I pay an admin fee of around £150. Now they want another £350 form my wife even tho they said it was done with. This has been going on for years and I just don’t know how to get rid of them. When I signed up it said no win no fee. I just cannot seem to get them to leave me alone. Can someone please help as I’m making myself ill with worry I just don’t know what to do about them anymore they have done nothing for us, I just want them to leave us alone.!

Have they said what this further £350 is for? Is it for perceived cancellation or breach of contract for not returning the plethora of forms they've sent you?

Had you originally only asked them to look into the one account which was the one where the bank have said you have no PPI or were there other accounts?

Did you pay the £150 ?

Thankyou for your comments. I did pay the £150 for my wife yes. There were a few accounts that we put down and the wife had a credit card etc but we never canvled anything with bank smart I just didn’t send the forms back as I heard such bad things about them. The letter is saying how much she owns them and then the other page is a break down of how they got to that amount. I just don’t know what to do
