hi I received a letter to claim from bw legal I don't mind going to court over this as I paid for my parking and did not overstay etc so need to know whether I should respond to their letter I unfortunately was honest enough to think that appealing to the parking firm then popla would see the fine waived but I am being pursued now so perhaps need help

What happened with the popla appeal ?

How did you get a ticket if you paid and didn't overstay? Was it a case of the ticket blowing off the windscreen, wrong reg number in machine etc ?

hi unfortunately as the appeal with popla was online when they responded and told me to log in to see the decision I couldn't remember the log in details and then just forgot about it - I paid for my stay but it seems its to do with the reg no I wasn't sure at first exactly what it was as they told me I didn't pay for parking for the whole period but as I still had the ticket I disputed it and sent them the ticket to shw them that I had paid but then they told me it was to do with my reg no not being input properly on the ticket it shows the last 3 digits so I thought it was ok as never parked there before
