Hello, I am looking for a December 2006 Abbey National Standard mortgage conditions for residential morgage's booklet, terms and condition and banking and lending policies for that period. I have a court hearing and need them asap! Can anyone help or point me in the direction of where I could find them please.

Hello thank you for the links, i cant open the first two? and I have read about the case in Ireland, very interesting. Its the mortgage booklet that my QC has asked me to find, but I cant seem to find one anywhere? We have requested the information on numerous time but have been ignored.

Long shot, but you could ask the FCA - in 2013 they looked at Abbeys mortgage rate change and specifically quoted the Dec 2006 terms. See https://www.fca.org.uk/news/news-sto...rgin-rise-2008 and Santanders old page https://web.archive.org/web/20130511....uk/capmargin/
