  • Urgent Advice needed. Together Commercial Finance (Blemain)

    Hi, I need some urgent advice please.

    I am starting to panic.

    I am a LIP and have a hearing scheduled next Friday to discuss 3 applications. This is a fast track trial against Together Commercial Finance. The trial is set for 13th August.

    The applications are mine and for;
    1. To Amend my witness statement, which the claimant's solicitor said my original WS was headed wrong.
    2. The claimants did not adhere to disclosure-yet used undisclosed evidence in their witness statement. I have applied for their case to be struck out.
    3. I submitted a Part 18 request, this has been ignored, and Priority Law said I had used an incorrect email address and the application had gone straight to their junk folder, this is despite the fact that their own witness statement and other correspondence was sent from the very same email address!

    Now Priority Law has sent me an email, with a copy draft order that they want me to agree to, This is basically, one-sided and I feel manipulated. They have suggested that the trial date be vacated and rescheduled which I do agree to, but the rest basically gets them off the hook for everything else.

    I really need some help on this can anyone offer any advice?

    Thank you

            Thank you I understand. Is it OK to email you or do you not have sufficient time. I understand if not.
