  • Ccj letter from be legal

Hiya, I received a letter recently from be legal saying if no response soo they will look to have a ccj given against me

the original parking offense was around 18 months ago where I parked outside a shop for a minute or 2 not noticing the sign, after I received the fine I checked and there was a sign in place, I parked a number of times in the week I was working in the area

the letters stopped for around 18 months but Iv received a couple recently, the last 2 were addressed to my company and not to the vehicle registration, id just like to know where I stand and whether I should pay it

BW Legal ? Who is the parking company?

It is likely to be cheaper for you just to pay them rather than waiting for them to add court costs.

Is there only the one parking charge that they are chasing?

Is the car registered to your company?
