    Hi

    Hi Everyone. Just after some advice please. So I submitted a claim for money as a CCJ against a person who failed to provide a service, I had no response so entered for a judgement which was granted and then submitted a warrant, again this was issued. does anyone know what to do next as I can't find much guidance. :-)

      It was for £3025.

        You can send it to HCEOs in that case.

        Is it against an individual or a limited company? Have you checked that the address is correct or that the company hasn't gone into liquidation etc ?
