    Today, 19:29:PM
    Received a claim? Yes

    Issue Date: 11/07/2019

Have you Acknowledged the Claim?: No, I've signed the form and will send recorded delivery tomorrow.

Total Amount Claimed : ( approximately please do NOT use EXACT figure given on the claim form, round up to next £100 or £1000) £550 claimed, total with fees etc £680

    Claimant’s Name: Lowell Portfolio I

    Solicitors Firm: Lowell Solicitors Limited

    Original Creditor: Vodafone
Original Debt (eg. Credit card/Loan/Overdraft) : Phone contract?

Particulars of Claim: ( Please type out in full excluding names/account numbers/exact amounts ):

I've the claim for what appears to be a Vodafone agreement, I don't know the dates of this agreement. The only dates mentioned are the agreement being 'later assigned to the claimant on 31/07/2015'.

Is the debt Statute Barred (have you had any contact with the creditor or claimant over the last 6 years?): I don't know when the contract was dated, as above it was later assigned to the claimant on 31/07/2015

List any letters you have sent (eg: CCA/ CPR ): I've written the CCA and CPR

Any Other Information or Background Details: As this is a phone contract I'm unsure on my options

    Thanks

Hi, as this is for a mobile phone contract (at least I think it is, original 'Agreement' was with Vodafone - do I follow the normal procedure? Help and guidance much appreciated!

You wouldn't do the CCa request as it's a mobile account… But you can request the agreement in your CPR 31.14 request. Also termination /default notice, notice of assignment and breakdown of sums being claimed.

Send a Subject access request directly to Vodafone.

Do you have any idea when you last had an account with Vodafone? Anything at all showing on your credit file for the debt? And do you remember anything about when you ended your contract with Vodafone?
