    Lowell verses 02 mobile
    gone to court with county court bailiffs. Been here few times, knocked my door at 7 this morning. I nearly fainted with anxiety,as both my brothers died from suicide years apart and when I hear a knock on door that early I assume it's the police.i have chronic anxiety. I have already sent incoming and out going and told them we cant afford debt of what was 120 and now 400. I don't know what to do next and debt I don't know about from many years ago.its my husband's debt .thank you in advance

    To be at the stage of bailiffs visiting your house there must be a CCJ in place. Did you receive any documents paperwork from the court previously?

    What you need to do, or your husband if the judgement is in his name, is complete form N245 to suspend the warrant and offer an affordable monthly instalment payment.

    form -> https://www.gov.uk/government/public...on-of-an-order

    Who did you send your income and expenditure to previously? And at what stage of the claim process?

      We sent everything but didn't have the £50 fee ,we wasn't eligible for fee as some missed understandings on my bank statements. I transfer money to pay his Bill's and because I have z£700 a month ESA and child tax ,I could afford it,no I can't. Try to explain this to them but no luck.now they have struck it out by a judge thank you

        So you already made an application to vary the judgment and your application was struck out because you hadnt paid the fee ?

        Was the original O2 account in your name or your husbands ?

              If the judgment is in your husband's name, then they won't accept an application from you to vary the payments And it would be struck out. Your husband would have to apply to vary the payments and should also be dealing with the bailiffs. If he doesn't work and has no income then he'd put that on his application. Or have I misunderstood and the judgment is against you? Or is it against you jointly?
