Lowell County Court Claim

Hi everyone, I’ve just received a county court claim for from Lowell Portfolio I LTD. It’s regarding an EDF energy debt which is at least 6 years old probably older. I don’t even know if I owe this money or not. What’s the best way to deal with it?

Did you receive a pre-action letter from Lowell ? and did you respond to it at all?

How much approx. is the claim for ?

Did you know there was a debt owed to EDF ? Defaulted in 2012/2013 ?

Send a SAR to EDF SAR/DPA Letter to find out more about the debt when the account defaulted/closed was last paid etc.

Can you type out the particulars of claim from the claim from pls.
