Hi, I signed up to a 4com deal in 2017. The rep gave a quote of £380pm. It's more like £550. Due to the pandemic, I am closing my firm and have just had a settlement figure from the leasing company of 12k? I am yet to get a figure from 4com, but imagine it will be the same or higher.
On my calculations, the actual products supplied were retail valued at 4k. They asked me to insure them for 12k.
There are literally no phone systems availble that cost that much.
Any ideas?
