  • Hi Legal Beagles

    Hi All,

I've found the Legal Beagles site in my hour of need and had started a new post due to looking support my wife challenge a historic Parking Charge Notice from Vehicle Control Services Ltd. This has now moved to a Country Court Claim Letter and I am looking for advice/feedback on how I can proceed.

I posted a full description of the circumstances in Motoring - PPC's Parking Charge Notices - Parking Live Court Claims. Would someone be able to let me know if this is the correct place this.

    Many thanks
