    Capquest

    Capquest have advised that they will be instructing Resovlecall to visit from a certain date to initiate reconnection even though i have not heard back from them since 2015. I am not sure whether to just ignore at this stage or send another CCA request and DOA. Any ideas

    What's the original debt ?
    Any idea on default date / last payment ?
    And have you had communications with capquest before ? Presumably you previously sent a cca request which they failed to comply with ?

      OC was Santander
      Last communication sent in 2015 and last payment FEB 2015 as I never fully researched how to deal with these people
      Defaulted in 2008/09 with OC and NO I was never sent what I requested however they did reply back
