Hi Tezzy - why are you completing the N245 form if you are disputing the debt? do you want to give us a bit of background information on what this is, has a claim been made against you, are you wanting to defend, or have you had a default judgment issued against you that you want to get set aside/removed ? or do you want the court to change the amount they have ordered you pay ? Sorry think we'll need a bit more information - N245 is to apply to suspend a warrant and vary the payments on a judgment already received. If you want to apply to suspend a warrant and set aside a judgment that would be form N244 ....#staysafestayhome

I have had a CCJ on 13 November 2018 and on 10 May 2019 I received a Warrant of Control. I have filled out the N245 to stop the Warrant of Control. Also I have filled out and paid for a N244 to have the CCJ set aside. The original on my credit report states that it is dated 3 October 2013. I have filled out and paidfor both a N245 and an N244 as I do not wish to have bailiffs coming to remove my goods. In 2016 I dont know the date exactly I got in contavt with 02 to provide proof of the said and they said that since it got sold they do not have record on file.
Hope this helps

As Amethyst says above, on what basis are you disputing?
Have you requested written disclosure of documents/data from Lowells &/or O2?CAVEAT LECTOR

Ok the N244 would have sufficed - order to suspend the warrant and set aside the judgment - have you sent a copy of the N244 application to the claimant or just filed with the court ?
Did you know about the CCJ before the bailiff visit/letter ? On what grounds have you applied to set-aside ?
