Im pretty sure this has been asked many times. but ive been sent one of these Notice of Issue of Warrant of Control and I don't know what to do now. I went to Guildford Law courts today to try and get some information about this CCJ that was supposedly issued, but I had no luck, staff there were not very helpful. Any pointers?

If you have got to this stage then you already have a CCJ against you. Could well be from a Private Parking Co & sent to an old address - when did you last move? You can check tonight by going to https://search.trustonline.org.uk/Search/Person - fee to search applies, probably just the £6 one needed.
