Hi ,,I'm New to the forum, booked a holiday break at a hotel and paid extra to upgrade to a sea view room. When booking in i was shown to a dirty, dank room at the back. I refused this room and was told i would get a refund of my upgrade money. Despite numerous phone calls and an email,no refund. Looking on TripAdvisor 1* reviews this is a common occurrence, what should I do next?
